La Junta Directiva del SUTINS ha elaborado una propuesta de actualización o modificación del Estatuto y Reglamento Electoral. Basado en el análisis de la autonomía del sindicato, su alcance y objetivos del sindicato en el contexto social actual.
Se formó un comité estatutario integrado por el Lic. José Antonio Rojas Macedo, La Mg. Graciela Rengifo García y el Lic. Oscar Roy Miranda C, quienes revisaron la propuesta y analizaron la pertinencia de los cambios sugeridos. Elaborando un informe con un análisis punto por punto. En estos, momentos la Junta Directiva está discutiendo los resultados previamente a elevar la propuesta a la próxima Asamblea General.
